1967 camaro cowl tag decoder

Well i have a 1979 camaro, and i can't really figure out if it's a base model sports coupe or a RS camaro. This is the VIN: 1Q87G9N549165 Now the Q after the 1 means it has to be a z28, base model coupe, or RS. I know that it isn't a z28 because it's a norwood built camaro and doesn't have z28 stamped in cowl tag. Now here is the cowl tag:
