The sound on my 2013 Kia Soul just went out for no apparent reason today. Looked everywhere for a reset button but my radio model does not come with one. But dug through the manual and saw that the radio could be reset by pressing the "FM/AM" and "MAP VOICE" buttons simultaneously for over 10 seconds. And it worked!
