There's the set dungeon conquest for those who really want to do them but most players find set dungeons annoying to do and they really do break the flow of the season journey. Set dungeons isn't challenging content, nobody really claims it is. It's boring and poorly tuned to the point where you have to intentionally play bad and use bad gear intentionally to make it easier.
