So this build idea: Blood Dismounter right hand (infused with Bloody Slash: at my current 14 arc has 70 blood loss build up and can continue to scale).Bloodhound's Fang is absolutely broken. Moonveil is a bit broken, but BHF's skill is way better. The only thing that MV is better at is speed and getting bleed faster, but BHF tops in damage and skill. MV will get you really far into late game, but soon you'll find better weapons. Bloodhound's fang can last you into late game.I can't speak for the Moonveil Katana because I haven't used it, but I have seen a few videos and it does look pretty cool / OP.
