To see if you have this problem: start the engine and keep it running, put on safety glasses and look into the carb with a flashlight and see if there is a TON of fuel coming from where the needle goes ..., It says to adjust valves if noisy at every other oil change on the maintenance minder display. no time or mileage is given in the manual. It seems rediculous to have to pay for valve adjustments about every 16,000 miles. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread.
