Fuses may not be working even though they look ok. This Honda Fourtrax was not functioning properly until the fuse was replaced.

It's an 18mm. Most 4-wheeler problems are caused by a loose nut connecting the handlebars and the seat!! You only need two tools in life -- WD-40 and duct tape. I'm going to look at a repairable ...hey everyone, i have a weak spark on my 86 trx 250 fourtrax. i have changed the stator and flywheel as well as the pulse generator along with a new plug.....still weak. ive checked the resistance of the primary side of the ignition coil and its showing me 0.4 - 0.5 ohm. the service book however states resistance should be 0.16 - 0.2 ohm. could this be the cause of the weak spark?check the fuse holder at the starter solenoid, make sure it is good, power in, and power out, on both sides of the fuse !. Just assuming since my neutral light is on and i have power to my headlight, i have power in/out that fuse, i did check the fuse and it is good. Hi, I have a 91 four trax 300.. we had a problem to where we had to tap on the cdi unit in orderto get spark. Replaced cdi... 2 weeks later it died again...no spark.. found blk/wht wire broke going to the cdi unit. Replaced the CDI, but that didn't fix it. Replaced the Voltage regulator, and fixed my problem. I even installed the Old CDI after replacing the regulator and it worked.
