How to set a kill bind in tf2

I couldn't find an issue like this anywhere else. There's no specific command to do that. It's pretty much luck with the engine. I find that jumping or charging (demo) helps. When they are running and they hit the kill key, their ragdoll jumps forward and hits the ground.
