I've personally solo'd the dungeon before using a Warlock Fusion Grenade Build with Osteo Striga, and a rocket launcher with Auto Loading Holster. Osteo Striga was a godsend for me. For the final boss, at the start head to the right side of the arena as it has the best cover.
