You can load it as a shotgun or use .62cal patched round ball. It is probably the best all around caliber/gauge for most hunting shooting needs without beating your shoulder and neck up. I had one years ago I used for Rhondevous and Living History reenactments.Parts that are pinned to the stock will require holes being drilled after parts are fit. The lock will need to be drilled and tapped for the lock bolt. The trigger plate will need this treatment as well, for the tang bolts. The tang is fully shaped and has holes in it.
