Litter robot blinking blue

Tldr: my robot has a blue flashing light and none of the buttons do anything, only on/off. I’ve tried the basics. I’ve had the litter robot for a few years, but can’t remember if it’s a 1 or 2 model. I’ve encountered an issue I can’t fix. It started with the quick flashing yellow light (pinch detector issue).

I bought the original Litter robot about 6 years ago and it was life changing. I upgraded to the connect 3 about 4 years ago and it's been great up until this year.
