The waste drawer is located at the bottom of the Litter Robot, and it collects the waste separated by the sifting process. To empty the drawer,, Litter-Robot 3 is equipped with infrared emitters and sensors located above the Waste Drawer that check if the drawer is full each time the Globe returns to the Home position. Once a full Waste Drawer is detected, the unit will indicate it is full with a blue flashing light.
