Sounds like you've broken some gears in the box. but first check to see if the linkage is ok and that nothing is bent and preventing a proper shift . If all is sound with the linkage then the internal works of the gearbox are in question . If your comfortable removing the gearbox and opening it then go ahead ., I can get you the size for the 6 speed that originally came in some of the LT1000 Tractors.
