I have had Ooma Telo for a few months and could make and receive calls with no problem (except for the flashing red light issue, which has never been fixed). Hold down the blue/red ooma tab. (yep, it's a switch) While holding down the ooma tab, plug the power in. Keep holding the ooma tab down while ooma does a light show. After 30 seconds, release the tab. This resets the hub to factory default. If it doesn't receive a response, then it determines that the call is over and ends the call.
