Ooma outgoing calls not working

I currently have my ooma Hub with the phone port going into the wall to make the whole house be a hub. I get a dial tone, and I am able to make ooma calls, but when a call comes in, the phone does not ring at all.

i have a seimens integrated wireless router so i am plugging the ethernet cable into the to internet connection on telo and to an ethernet connection on the wireless router. i am not using a land line and selected a new phone # in setup. my phone is connected to the phone connection on the telo. nowhere in setup is there anything about having to put an IP address into the routers DMZ.About 1 of 5 incoming calls get "Not a working number." I have had Ooma Telo for a few months and could make and receive calls with no problem (except for the flashing red light issue, which has never been fixed). The past week or so I cannot make outgoing calls. Level 2 customer support had me plug a phone into the jack on the back of the Telo and try to make a call. It worked.
