Now that I have reassembled the smoker, everything appears to be working fine EXCEPT the auger will turn a full circle and then get stuck right at about ..., Take the bolt and auger out and start it up, if the shaft doesn't turn the auger gears are gone. If it's less than 5 years old it's under warranty, call customer support for a new one 877 303 3134 option 2.
