Nov 6, 2017 · The underwater cave at roughly 11 21 on Ragnarok experiences cold fluctuations and fog complete with rain sounds (rain effects basically). I'm not an expert in caves, but in my mind, I should not be hearing rain, nor should I experience cold fluctuations in a relatively controlled environment (deep sea).

The mushroom cave around 15 15 is by far the most popular spot for an underwater base on rag. Second would be a large cavern in the side of a cliff near 90 58.
