One thing you can try, even if just temporarily, is to move the Panic Button, even if it's just a couple of feet into a more open space. Or you could move the Base Station instead., But the most likely issue is interference - that is, something is getting in the way or blocking the signal. This could either be a dense physical object, or another wireless signal competing for the same airspace. So the first thing we would suggest is to put the system into Test Mode through your Keypad., I have Somfy motorized blinds. Whenever I trigger an entry sensor on my SimpliSafe or arm/disarm the system, the blinds jog. They also jog periodically throughout the day at times I assume the SimpliSafe is updating sensor status. Somfy so far says what I'm seeing is impossible as the blinds should only jog when in programming mode.
