I'm not getting the subscribed speeds from my Spectrum modem (Hitron EN2251) and techs can't figure out why. So I wanted to test my personal modem and see if I can achieve said speeds, but Spectrum has always had a hernia over me having my own modem, which is why I got the Spectrum modem in the first place.
