Engine was replaced at 450k, truck now has 560k. About 8k ago I pulled off the dpf and doc and had them cooked/cleaned. All new sensors on the dpf filter, temp and pressure. Also just replaced the def filter. I also pressure tested the coolant system for 24 hours and ... , The code was SPN 5743 and SPN 5742. The issue was that the sensors for the before and after the DPF were being checked to often. What was causing the issue was the wiring harness in the engine bay on the right hand side were pinched to tightly with wire ties causing incorrect readings.
