You should hear the seatbelt chime stops after 3 to 4 time of the click in/out, but keep doing it to 20 times WITHIN 30 seconds., I was missing the final step of turning the car back off. 1) Close the door and buckle your seatbelt. 2) Press the start button twice with your foot off the brake.
