Tenpoint viper s400 problems

I got a Viper S400 in August of last year and it's been a great xbow. I shoot the heavier Evo-X Centerpunch arrows around 375 fps with 125 grain Sevr broadheads which is plenty fast enough for me. I also have the the TenPoint Vengent S440 but it seems like my grandson has confiscated it🤣. The Viper S400 tho is actually a better fit for me.
