iirc theres a potion that gives you vision to find unobtainium. but you need a bit of unobtainium so i recommend using terra shatterer or mek tools and vein mine it. and silk touch it if possible to dupe it via mek and then make unobtainium seeds through mystical agriculture. IIRC you need a tinkers construct smeltery with soul lava and alloy the metals, then pour it into a piglich heart mold. This is what it is for ATM7 TTS, not sure if it's 1-to-1 for ATM7.
