Toyota rav4 clicking noise when starting

1) There have been a bunch of owners bringing in their Rav4s or calling about it lately (gee, it's been really cold - go figure) 2) Nothing they can do about it. 3) Toyota knows about it. 4) Toyota determined that it causes no damage. 5) Toyota is working on a fix.
